Objective
Students will explore strategies for overcoming challenges with kindness, learning how to stay patient, positive, and calm in difficult situations. Through this lesson, students will practice using deep breathing, positive self-talk, and understanding the emotions of others as tools to manage stress and resolve conflicts.
