Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Potential delays may occur due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free Shipping on orders $20 and over in the United States. We offer a $4 flat shipping rate for orders $19.99 and under. All other shipping chargers for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Delivery
Kind Lips does not offer local delivery at this time, thank you for understanding.
In-store pickup
Kind Lips does not offer pickup at this time, thank you for understanding.
International Shipping
For international order and shipping inquiries please contact us at hello@kindlips.com. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kind Lips is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@kindlips.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some limitations may apply for P.O. box shipping. If you are unsure about your order please contact us at hello@kindlips.com.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are happy to accept returns of the products shipped within the United States of America, provided that such products remain in their original condition and have not been used, modified or altered. We cover the cost of return shipping via a prepaid return label. We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item(s) do not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for lost items. When we receive your returned item(s), we will process your return and credit your account. All products must be returned to us at the address below within 30 days of receipt of your purchase in order to be eligible for return.
To inquire about a Return/Refund, please email hello@kindlips.com including the Order Invoice # in the subject line and a description of why a return/refund is merited, as well as the order contact’s direct phone number in the body of the email. A Kind Lips representative will then follow up.
